We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at our discretion.

2. Use of Services

  • Our services are for lawful business use only.
     

  • You agree not to misuse our services, copy our methodologies, or resell our work without permission.

3. Payments and Refunds

  • All payments must be made in full before work begins unless otherwise agreed.
     

  • Refunds will only be issued at our discretion in cases where services have not been delivered as agreed.
     

  • Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Data & Privacy

  • We take data security seriously and comply with UK GDPR regulations​

  • Client data will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.

  • KSON retains full ownership of any proprietary methods, templates, or tools used in service delivery.
